Innate Technologies
(InnateIQ)
Associate Director of Strategy and Co-Founder
Driven by a shared passion for harnessing cutting-edge technologies to tackle real-world challenges, NFL veteran Shawn Springs and I embarked on an exciting journey to build InnateIQ.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we both recognized the immense potential for growth in the digital manufacturing space. This realization led us to co-found InnateIQ, a company built around a proprietary additive manufacturing software technology originally developed for Windpact.
Together, we're shaping the future of manufacturing.
Windpact
Associate Director of Strategy and Operations
My post-grad journey began at Windpact, an advanced technology company specializing in a patented impact protection technology—an area that piqued my interest, given my background in Biomedical Engineering. Immersed in the startup environment, I embraced the opportunity to wear multiple hats, contributing to project management, business strategy, and overall company direction.
My commitment to excellence led me to earn my Agile Scrum Master Certification (CSM), equipping me with top-tier project management skills that I continue to apply in my ongoing role at Windpact and throughout my career.
